Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days if the item is in stock. If your item is made to order, the estimated production time will be stated on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lithuania

  • Parcel locker – 4euros

  • Courier delivery – 8euros

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

European Union

Orders are shipped via postal service- 10euros.

Rest of the World

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other local charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

We ship to the Rest of the World via postal service- 20euros.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn;

  • unwashed;

  • in its original condition;

  • with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at nauja.official@gmail.com for exact details.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us by email. We will be happy to help you find the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order items;

  • Personalised products;

  • Gift cards;

  • Sample Sale items, where clearly stated in the product description.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
